Provides maximum support for the entire loading area to
prevent belt damage and minimize spillage.
The force of large material being dropped from several feet
can cause severe damage to a conveyor belt. Conventional
impact idlers may support the belt across the width of the
belt, but not along the length of the load zone.
Bent idler stands and roll failure are common problems if
the belt is not supported in the load area. Also, material
impacting between the idlers will cause the belt to flex
downward, allowing material to leak under your skirt seal. The
results of ignoring this condition are shortened idler life,
increased cleanup cost, belt damage, and safety hazards. The
