PRESS RELEASE Nov. 11, 2005 Paducah, KY Mr. Gene Strong, Secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development, recently announced that Richard J. Grana was recently appointed to a three year term on the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA). KEDFA is a committee of the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board which is the governing body of the Cabinet for Economic Development.
